Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:



























If you are planning to attend our celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside 25 rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam Sanchez at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES

WHEN YOU SUBMIT A RESERVATION REQUEST, THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL IN OUR SYSTEM.

- ALL INITIAL ROOM RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY JULY 1, 2024. THERE ARE 4 PAYMENT DUE DATES.

PLEASE NOTE, THE FIRST DEPOSIT IS 20% OF EACH RESERVATION'S TOTAL ROOM COSTS BUT IF YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE OR FLIGHTS, THAT AMOUNT WILL INCREASE. THE DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU. 

- THE SECOND DEPOSIT IS 30% OF EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE BY MARCH 1, 2024.

- THE THIRD DEPOSIT IS 30% OF EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE BY JUNE 1, 2025.

- THE REMAINING 20% OF EACH ROOM RESERVATION IS THE FINAL BALANCE AND THAT IS DUE BY AUGUST 1, 2025.

YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.
